# Fizzl Agent Wallet

> A wallet for AI agents that pay: the agent pays for x402 APIs and sends USDC within spending limits its owner sets, and asks the owner for approval on their phone (Telegram) or the dashboard above them. Every signature is checked by presign-guard first, every purchase gets a receipt (what was bought, from whom, for how much, and whether it was delivered), and per-agent mandates cap what each agent may buy. Pays x402 in USDC on Base, and with the MCP server also on Solana, Algorand, the XRP Ledger (RLUSD) and Tempo. Free to start; Pro is $5 a month for unlimited agents. Running the wallet yourself (presign-guard-wallet 0.20+, or the MCP server with your own limits and `AC2_OWNER`), approvals above the limits can instead be signed in the owner's own wallet (AC2 Wallet) over AC2, the Algorand Foundation's protocol for agents to ask their owner; the signed approval is kept with the payment.

The agent connects by reading the setup instructions in skill.md; the owner signs in with a wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, Xaman, Pera, Defly) or a passkey. Includes a catalog of paid x402 services and a free endpoint monitor for sellers.
