How it works in three steps.
- Sign in with e-mail, a passkey or a crypto wallet.
- Add your agent. It gets its own wallet, made in your browser, and a setup to paste into Claude, Cursor or your own app.
- Set your limits. Under them it pays by itself; above them it asks you first, on your phone.
Free for 1 agent. Pro: unlimited agents, $5 a month. By signing in you agree to the terms. Privacy: no passwords, no tracking cookies; with e-mail we keep only a fingerprint of your address.
Your agent's money stays in your agent's wallet.
Custodial agent wallets hold your money for you. Fizzl never does: your agent signs with its own key, and this server only counts, asks and records. If Fizzl disappeared tomorrow, the money would still be in your agent's wallet.

What Fizzl adds for buying: a presign-guard check before every signature, a receipt per purchase that shows what your agent got back, and watching the endpoints your agents pay.

Questions agent owners ask.
How do I give an AI agent a wallet with spending limits?
Sign in at https://wallet.fizzl.eu with your wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, Xaman, Pera or Defly) or a passkey, add an agent, and install the MCP server presign-guard-wallet-mcp in Claude, Cursor or another MCP client. The agent pays on its own up to your limit per purchase and per day, and asks you on your phone (the app or Telegram) above it. No answer means no payment.
Does Fizzl hold my keys or my money?
No. The agent signs with its own key, which stays on your computer (in your MCP configuration or a key file), and the wallet server only says yes or no. Your limits are checked by the wallet program on your computer, not on the blockchain: an agent that can read your files could read the key and pay without them. So use a separate wallet for the agent with only what it may spend.
Can I approve with a signature from my own wallet instead of a tap?
Yes, when you run the wallet yourself: with the npm package presign-guard-wallet (0.20 or later) or the MCP server with your own limits and AC2_OWNER, approvals above your limit are signed in AC2 Wallet on your phone over AC2, the Algorand Foundation's protocol for agents to ask their owner. The agent checks that the signature comes from your account, and the signed approval is kept with the payment as proof. The hosted wallet here asks in the app, on Telegram or on this dashboard.
Which payments can the agent make?
x402 APIs in USDC on Base, and with the MCP server also on Solana, Algorand and the XRP Ledger (RLUSD), MPP APIs on Tempo, and USDC transfers. presign-guard checks every signature first, so known drainers and sanctioned addresses are never signed.
What does it cost?
Free for one agent. Pro is $5 a month for unlimited agents, paid in stablecoins on Base, Algorand or the XRP Ledger.
Can I see what my agent bought?
Yes. Every purchase gets a receipt: what was bought, from whom, for how much, why, and whether the answer was delivered. Per-agent mandates cap what each agent may buy.
How does the agent find paid APIs?
The tool find_services searches a catalog of paid x402 services, with prices per network and x402 Doctor's payable record for each seller. The same search is open without a key at https://wallet.fizzl.eu/api/public/services/search?q=bitcoin%20signal.

- Connect it to your AI appPaste the ready-made setup into Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor, then restart the app.
- Check that it worksAsk your agent “what is my wallet status?”. This step turns green the moment it reaches the wallet. No USDC needed yet.
No keys to copy: instead.

🔔 NEW PROVIDERS
Get a message (phone app or Telegram) when a new seller joins the x402 catalog in a category you pick. At most one message an hour, and only when there's something new.
Your limits
More rules: what they may buy, other tokens
Optional. Before each purchase an AI check (TypeSafe's Jev) compares what the agent is about to buy with your rule. It gets only your rule and the purchase, nothing that identifies you (privacy). Outside it, the agent asks you first, or is stopped if you choose so. When the check isn't sure, it always asks.
The AI check is off on this server, so this rule isn't checked yet.
Other tokens (ETH, BNB, POL or any token by address), an allow list and the window. Same format as presign-guard-wallet's limits.

Unlimited token approvals always ask you. A red presign-guard verdict is never signed.

- Install the wallet in your AI app, without keys:
Claude Desktop: download the wallet and open the file: Claude Desktop installs it. No Node.js needed.
claude mcp add wallet -- npx -y presign-guard-wallet-mcp@0.30.0The first line is for Claude Code, the second for Cursor and other apps (their MCP config file).{ "mcpServers": { "wallet": { "command": "npx", "args": ["-y", "presign-guard-wallet-mcp@0.30.0"] } } } - Ask your agent “what is my wallet status?” It makes its own wallet on your computer (the key never leaves it) and gives you a code.
- Enter the code here and give the agent a name. It can pay right away, within your rules.
Checks the five things your agent needs: a key, contact with this wallet, rules that let it spend, USDC to pay with, and approvals on your phone. Nothing is paid or signed.
Ask in your own words, in any language. Your agent finds a paid service in the x402 catalog, pays it within your rules and gives you the answer; the receipt shows up under Purchases. For example:
What's the weather in Amsterdam the coming days? What is the Bitcoin price today?Any red flags on this token: 0x…?What does this smart contract do: 0x…?Fewest clicks: when Claude asks whether it may use the wallet's tools, choose Always allow. Your rules here decide what it may spend (the "per payment" limit is its top price), and anything over them still comes to you first. Want to look yourself? The Find tab searches the same catalog.

Custodial agent wallets hold your money for you. Fizzl never does: your agent signs with its own key, and this server only counts, asks and records. If Fizzl disappeared tomorrow, the money would still be in your agent's wallet.
Paste this into Claude, Cursor or any agent. It reads the steps and walks you through them:
Connect to wallet.fizzl.eu/skill.mdYou stay in charge: it never asks you to paste a private key into the chat. Read what your agent will read
An agent is your own AI assistant or bot, for example Claude Desktop, Cursor or a script of yours. Add it here and it gets a key: with that key it pays through this wallet, within your rules.
One agent can use every service, including all four Fizzl services below. You don't add services as agents. More agents only help to keep assistants apart, so you can pause or remove one on its own.
Paid services, not agents to add. Your agent calls them and pays per call in USDC through this wallet, so your price rule and daily budget apply, and every purchase shows up as a receipt.
Your agent can also find services itself: ask it to "find a paid API for a bitcoin trend signal under $0.10 and buy one". The wallet MCP (version 0.4 or newer) searches the public x402 catalog, and your rules still apply.

Every hour we call your endpoint the way a paying agent does (without paying) and check that it still answers 402 with a valid x402 challenge. If it breaks, you get a notification in the app on your phone, or a message on Telegram (or Discord, Slack or your own webhook).
